Gianni Spradley is a public relations, events and brand strategist hailing from 'The Garden State' of New Jersey.
Over the past 16 years, Gianni spread her figurative wings over the pharmaceutical, luxury brands, wines and spirits industries, as well as non-profit organizations. With over 14 years of corporate experience, her sophisticated style of strategic planning ranged from business development, branding/marketing initiatives, partnerships/sponsorships, and public relations.
During the late 2000’s, Gianni’s passion wilted, which affected her desire to further pursue her career in Corporate America. Through hardship, determination and a strong faith, she started on her quest to find happiness within her profession. During that time, she emerged stronger, epitomizing the essence of her favorite quote by Lena Horne “It’s not the load that breaks you, it’s the way you carry it.” With the launch of Fifteen East Media Group, Gianni has truly cultivated social and corporate aspects of public relations and branding as she works to coordinate all nuances of the
beauty and lifestyle industry. She is working not only to create a divine experience; Gianni is setting a precedent as she is functioning with positive purpose. With a diverse and robust client list, Gianni keeps the community in her heart and on the forefront as she moves toward achieving her goals and aspirations.
With a BA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA, Ms. Spradley is involved in a plethora of community service initiatives, such as Dress for Success, Women Aware, and Sisters Network, Inc.
In her spare time, Ms. Spradley enjoys reading, vigorous workouts (including boot camp and kickboxing,) traveling, roller skating, gardening and spending time with her family.

Cristina has spent almost 20 years working for Fortune 500 companies focusing on well known brands such as (but not limited to) Listerine, Neosporin, and Snapple. She also has developed a keen strategic mindset for short term and white space innovation as well as B2B private label portfolio management. It's this cross experience with multiple categories and business models that allow her to bring new insight and perspective to marketing challenges.
Cristina has a BA in History, Sociology and Psychology from Columbia University and a MBA in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan. When not marketing, she is an avid traveler targeting all 7 continents and the 7 New World Wonders + Pyramids (the only remaining "Old" World Wonder).

Vincent Brown is an experienced marketing professional with over 7 years’ experience managing and contributing to digital marketing projects. His expertise lies at the intersection of social media management, digital project management, and copywriting. Having worked for niche brands such as the National Black Movie Association, boutique consulting firms, as well as major brands the likes of the American Nurses Association, Mr. Brown helps our clients of all sizes to chart a path to success. Mr. Brown alumnus of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and is also an MBA candidate at University of Maryland Global Campus. In his free time, Mr. Brown is a self-proclaimed “walking stomach”, a jovial phrase he coined to describe his foodie affinity.
