Gianni Spradley

FOUNDER AND CEO

Gianni Spradley is a seasoned marketing and public relations professional whose sought-after experience consistently delivers notable recognition and strategic results for her clients. Over the course of a more than two-decade career, Ms. Spradley has worked with clients of all sizes in a diversity of industries. From health and beauty, to luxury apparel, to telecommunications and community impact work, Ms. Spradley’s approach has proven advantageous to business verticals of all types. A native of Houston, TX, Mrs. Perry has over 15 years of experience growing both established and new lifestyle brands. A tried and true "Marketing Maven," she has worked on brands that include Special K ®, Sour Patch ®, Nick Ricardo Collection, The Cochran Law Firm Texas, 1060 Foundation, Smiles Across America and many more. Her passion for marketing and strategic go-to-market tactics allow her to unlock unique digital experiences (social media, SEO, etc.), influencer programs, and retail executions that align with both small and large budgets to deliver results.

Cristina Bonaldes

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF ENGAGEMENT & STRATEGY

Cristina has spent almost 20 years working for Fortune 500 companies focusing on well known brands such as (but not limited to) Listerine, Neosporin, and Snapple. She also has developed a keen strategic mindset for short term and white space innovation as well as B2B private label portfolio management. It's this cross experience with multiple categories and business models that allow her to bring new insight and perspective to marketing challenges.

Cristina has a BA in History, Sociology and Psychology from Columbia University and a MBA in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan. When not marketing, she is an avid traveler targeting all 7 continents and the 7 New World Wonders + Pyramids (the only remaining "Old" World Wonder).

VINCENT BROWN

CHIEF SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER

Vincent Brown is an experienced marketing professional with over 9 years’ experience managing and contributing to digital marketing projects. His expertise lies at the intersection of social media management, digital project management, and copywriting. Having worked for niche brands such as the National Black Movie Association, boutique consulting firms, as well as major brands the likes of the American Nurses Association, Mr. Brown helps our clients of all sizes to chart a path to success. His “word-wizardry” is indispensable in helping brands to craft compelling stories to engage their audiences, and his management prowess ensures efficiency for every project.

Mr. Brown is an alumnus of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Maryland where he attained his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a summa cum laude designation in 2011. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus in Adelphi, Maryland he attained in 2022. In his free time, Mr. Brown enjoys visiting new restaurants and traveling near or far to embrace fresh cultural experiences.

Loren Simon, our esteemed Integrated Communications and Content Specialist, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. A proud alumna of Rutgers University, where she majored in Mass Media and Communications, Loren has honed her skills in developing and implementing dynamic communication strategies. She excels in collaborating with marketing and communication teams to craft integrated plans that align perfectly with client goals and objectives. Loren's innovative approach to communication incorporates a variety of channels, including email marketing, PR, and events. Her commitment to consistent messaging and brand identity ensures that every touchpoint speaks with one voice. With a keen eye for content development, Loren creates engaging material that resonates with diverse audience segments, addressing their needs and pain points effectively. She stays ahead of industry trends through thorough research, positioning our company as a thought leader. Loren also expertly coordinates with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to amplify our messaging and achieve unparalleled results.

OLSON JEAN LOUIS

BRAND ARCHITECTURE MANAGER

Olson Jean Louis is an accomplished professional who brings a wealth of expertise to our company as he spearheads our digital media design projects from concept to delivery. With an extensive background spanning over 10 years in diverse industries such as non-profit and beauty, his experience has shaped him into a meticulous and detail-oriented individual.
In his current role, Mr. Louis assumes the responsibility of managing all our branding programs, multimedia projects, and our continuous need for impactful marketing materials. His comprehensive understanding of branding principles allows him to create cohesive and compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Furthermore, he serves as an invaluable liaison between our clients, staff, and vendors, skillfully coordinating the production of our graphic design projects. Mr. Louis navigates these collaborative relationships with effortless finesse, seamlessly aligning all stakeholders and ensuring smooth and successful project outcomes.

Beyond his technical capabilities, Mr. Louis possesses a discerning eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.
